Pricing questions
Do I have to talk to sales?
No. Get your free list, check it against what you know about your territory, and subscribe by card when it's worth it. There's no demo to book and no call to sit through. The one thing to ask us about is an exclusive territory.
What is an exclusive territory?
Your state's signals go to you and to no other company that sells what you sell. Because it depends on whether we cover the state today and whether a competitor already holds it, it isn't sold on this page: email hello@citysewerprojects.com with the states you want and what you sell, and we'll tell you which are open and the price.
What is the MCP integration?
Every plan connects your signals to ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools that support MCP, so you can ask questions like which contracts in your states end next year, right where you already work.
What's in the free list?
One territory, once: every upcoming sewer inspection, cleaning, rehab and equipment project we find there, with when it comes due, who holds the work now, who decides at the city and the city's own document. No card needed.
What do I get when I subscribe?
Every signal in your states, then the new ones each week by email and as a spreadsheet for your CRM, as cities publish their agendas, contracts and budgets.
Can I cancel?
Yes. A monthly plan stops at the end of the month you cancel in. A yearly plan is refunded in full if you cancel in its first 30 days.
I only sell in a few cities. Which plan is mine?
State. It covers every city and county in the state for $490 a month, so you also see the work just outside your patch.
Can I add states?
Yes. On State each extra state is $390 a month ($4,290 a year); on Region it's $298 a month ($3,278 a year). Once extra states would cost more than the next plan up, the pricing page's calculator shows that plan instead.
Can I change states or plans later?
Yes, any time. Swap a state, add one, or move up to Region when your territory grows; you only pay the difference for the rest of the period.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yearly plans can be paid by invoice or bank transfer. Email hello@citysewerprojects.com with your company name and the plan you want.
